Welcome to the Howard University General Clinical Research Center (GCRC)

The Howard University GCRC is funded by the National Center for Research Resources (NCRR) to provide clinical research facilities to enable the conduct of high quality clinical research into important medical problems. It has a strong record of recruiting African American participants into clinical studies of cardiovascular disease, lipid metabolism, hypertension and mental health issues, among others.
